How long does a setup take?

A standard small setup takes 2-5 working days from confirmation. More complex setups with additional integrations or larger scope are quoted separately.

Do I need to have completed a Planning Session first?

In most cases, yes — it helps us understand your business and recommend the right use case. But if you already have a clear idea of what you need, a quick scope confirmation may be enough. We'll figure out the best path during our initial conversation.

What happens after the 7-day adjustment period?

After the 7-day post-launch adjustment period, your setup continues running as configured. If you'd like ongoing help with optimisation, small changes, or new additions, you can move into the Ongoing AI Support plan — or reach out whenever you need something specific.

What tools do you set up?

We work with tools you already have or recommend the best fit. This commonly includes ChatGPT, Claude, Google Workspace AI, Zapier, Make, or specialised tools depending on your use case. We don't lock you into any specific platform.
